Time Strategies: A lot of the strategies to being organized say you need to block out your time. To me if I have every second of the day planned it would make me feel trapped. I do a lot of planning in my head. Then I translate that into a checklist of the things that I need to do each week with the date it is due. This makes me feel better because it feels less restrictive. Besides school there is cooking, cleaning, laundry, and some time to relax so you don't go insane. I just do those as I see fit. I also just do my best to get a head. I got very excited when I read that you said that we could finish early. I love working a head. "Normally" in my head things are due the day before it says on Canvas so I am guaranteed to get it finished and turned in. I like all my classes this semester but O-Chem is going to be challenging and time demanding. I am also taking a figurative sculpture class and I am going to have to fight my self to not spend all my time working of art ...

Technology in the Course: This class is similar to my AP Art class that I took in high school. We had to build a website to show our work and it was very real world oriented. We also had to use photoshop to help enhance our work which is Similar to what the course work described. I am ok with some of these tools. I have the Grammarly tool on my writing. I love that I added that tool it is so helpful. Learning how to use this blog website is quite different. In a different Art class we had a blog and I used Tumblr to display my work and a greatly prefer this Blogger website because it is more flexible but I like that there is more traffic on Tumblr. Assignments: I am interested in reading new stories. I am a huge fan of movies especially from Pixar. They are known for their amazing story telling. I think it will be really interesting being able to draw from new stories from Indian culture to create a new story. I also love to give my feed back on other peoples assignments. I love being able to get feedback as well. Working together to help each other grow will be very interesting over the semester. I have never taken an online class at OU so this is a very new type of learning experience. It is also being able to have so much freedom with the types/range of writing in 1 course. The wikipedia trail is interesting because I do that all the time while discovering something it just leads you to have more questions that you are itching to have the answer to. Meme

Growth Mind Set: Meme I have never heard of Carol Dweck or the growth mind set before this class. I am the type of person who is always trying new hobbies. I love to build up as many skills as I can.  Since being at OU I have learned that even more so that having a good teacher makes all the difference in the world. I have also learned that sometimes it doesn't matter how much time or work into a class you can still be unsuccessful. It can be so frustrating not being able to do well on exams after a ton of preparation. All that said I have grown to know that if I don't do well it isn't because I didn't try. Everything will be ok. I do not think that I would be very interested to learn more about the growth mindset more this semester because I know I already am constantly growing as a person. Storybook Favorites: Karma: Photo link This story is based in part off of the show The Good Place. This is one of my favorite TV shows of all time. I think they did a great job letting the reader know what the story is about the 2 sources of material that they drew from to create their story. I was mostly intrigued by the fact that they used the good place. This is so interesting because India and the good place have very different idea about the after life and ideologies. It will be interesting to see how they clash. I like the unique approach that the good place takes on how everything you do in life have consequences even if you are doing the right thing. In today’s world with so much access to information, we can see how everything that we do impacts something else. Though i like the emphasis on The Good Place, I think they could have focused a little more on the India story because more people are less familiar with that. My Favorite Place: Disney World- The Happiest Place On Earth Magic Kingdom  Magic Kingdom is just so classic. This was the first park I visited. I had the most magical experience. We walked into the park completely lost in the magic and did not know where any thing was.... Then a cast member came to us out of no where and asked us if we had ridden any thing yet and were like no... we don't know what we are doing. She then took us past the never ending line for space mountain and put us on the ride. I have know gone a million time and have so many happy memories in all of the parks but especially magic.  (It is also my dream to get married in front of Cinderellas Castle) Hollywood Studios This is probably my second favorite park.
